It depends on your plan: Starter allows 10 documents and 10 MB, Growth 100 documents and 1 GB, Premium 1,000 documents and 10 GB, and Enterprise is unlimited.
What is the knowledge base storage limit per plan?
Storage is 10 MB on Starter, 1 GB on Growth, 10 GB on Premium, and unlimited on Enterprise, alongside the matching document-count limits.
Can I get more document storage?
