Login problems
Locked out or can't sign in? Most login issues fall into three buckets: a forgotten password, a temporary lockout, or two-factor trouble.
Fix login problems
- Forgot password: click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the email link (valid 24 hours).
- Account locked: five failed attempts trigger a 15-minute lockout, wait it out, and contact support if it keeps happening.
- Two-factor problems: contact support, who will verify your identity.
